Report from OSLO

A quick overview of the OSLO meeting:

7 nations were present among the 12 attendants. 25 people were confirmed but several peeled off en the last couple of weeks. Ages ranging from 22 – 80, both independents since the early 80’s and a couple only recently (last week or so) out. New friendships were made. Party and caek.

All but one

Topics covered:

  • How to help those on the inside wake up (got a good plan for this)
  • Leaving the takedown of DM to those who can actually pull it off.
  • Get the message out that there are better alternatives for getting tech on the outside (fear of not getting their Bridge is the main reason why people stay and tolerate human rights abuses)
  • Creating a rating system for independent delivery units/individuals (something the church will never have)
  • How to effectively release the tech on the Net (excellent plan on this)
  • Manning up a couple of cool adventures (more on this later)

Thanks to my new friends 🙂

even it started not with 25 – there were 12 and this is very good start, especially when they come from so many nations.
Thanks for all who were there.

    Great. Further food-for-thought:

Getting independent scientific evidence for engrams, E-meter needle movements, charge etc. Perhaps a “bigger picture” issue.

Creating a hands-on list with witnesses and details etc of Miscavige’s crimes in .pdf format or on the net and email to celebrities and important persons.

Congratulations. I’m glad it went well and am truly sorry circumatances left me unable to attend.

With regard to the following bullet item:

    # Creating a rating system for independent delivery units/individuals (something the church will never have)

I’d like to draw your attention to the following web page:
    http://fzglobal.org/comparison.htm

This is something that Paul Adam’s put together when he was still interested in Standard tech. At that time he was interested in formulating a scale of “standard tech” and comparing how various delivery areas stacked up with regard to this scale. Paul was for many years involved with the SO at ITO in a supervisory capacity.

To this end you may find the questions he offered relating to aspects of standard tech & it’s implementation to be useful.

Thanks for the link (cool stuff). What we are looking to do is to create an Amazon-model where the users rate the service they received. We have a technical design for how to do this so that it cannot be hijacked or spammed.

Geir, this is great! I am looking forward to hearing the plans and proposals from beautiful Scandinavia. There is a very active auditor who also came to Greece, Ignazio Tidu, Class VI. We should put our heads together and work a plan for bigger dissemination in Europe.

Sorry I couldn’t come to the meeting. The rating system seems interesting. It is in the spirit of the internet where the users are empowered.

I would think most or all of the tech is already on the net, legally in the form of Clearbird (standard tech) and there is much more in circulation if one connects up to various groups.

As a remark to the Norwegian freezoners: I live in Copenhagen, am Danish and can understand Norweigian very well. As a Flag auditor I was in Oslo several times and doing ARC break tour in Norwegian.

I think it’s a wise decision not to concentrate on trying to reform the CoS. It is waste of time and energy. The way to go is to simply do Scientology. In terms of “reform” this is called competition.
I have currently about 10 PCs of which 6 are very active just going up the Bridge and getting to clear and beyond. It really is quite obtainable and straight forward. As one PC put it: Clear should be part of high school, OT part of any extended education.

Also, I have had several PCs who wanted to go up the bridge for decades and just taken in circles endlessly on various other actions. In the Freezone we can operate in a much lighter fashion, making the Bridge affordable and streamlined as we don’t have to hire hundreds of uneducated people doing various posts that may not be needed in order to produce completed grades and services.

Rolf I agree, we have to do Scientology. Ignazio Tidu from Sardenia is our auditor here in Greece. Awesome guy. I had great wins on ARC straightwire. Not completed, still I had many wins.

We should connect here in Europe with Geir and all, and do something worthwhile. I follow you in what you are saying and you are right.

I appreciated hearing that you were thinking about how to systematically help those still inside wake up. It is something I wished I saw more of in the “independent” movement which largely remains, perhaps understandably, in the stage of focusing on the horror stories from the inside as they continue to emerge daily.

Geir & Friends, Thank you so much for all the theta and creativity you are putting on the line of helping people to receive LRH’s pure tech.

I too wish, I could be there with you guys. But I am glad Silvia was there on our behalf.

Looking forward to see a huge expansion on this line. Keep us posted please.

    Hi Geir:

I wish I had been there! I am so glad that you and others are doing these gatherings. It is so important that we unite and expand the 3rd and the 4th Dynamics.
